CHEESE CREAM AU LAIT

INGREDIENTS

The Blend 114

Hot water

70ml

Milk

70ml

Cream cheese

50g

Sugar

1tablespoon

Heavy cream

100ml

PREPARATION METHOD

Place the cream cheese in a bowl and let it soften to room temperature. Add the sugar and mix with a spatula until smooth.

Gradually whisk in the heavy cream until the mixture is smooth.

Continue whisking until it thickens slightly and *forms soft peaks that hold their shape but still gently fall from the whisk*.

Warm the milk in a small saucepan. In a heatproof cup, dissolve The Blend 114 in hot water, then pour in the warm milk to make the café au lait.

Spoon the cheese cream mixture over the café au lait as desired. (Any leftover cream can be used as a topping for desserts or other drinks!)
