Coffee Caramel Rich Pudding


*Egg Pudding* *Caramel Sauce Base*
- Egg yolks 3 - UCC Craftsman Drip Rich 1 drip bag
- Sugar 30 ml - Sugar 50 ml
- Fresh cream 150 ml
- Milk 150 ml
- Vanilla Oil 6 drops


  1. Prepare coffee base: Pour over 100ml of hot water with 1 drip bag
  2. Prepare coffee caramel base: Put 50g of sugar into a pan and heat up on stove until caramelized, then add in 20 ml of coffee and keep stirring.
  3. Add the caramel sauce into 4 small jugs and cold down for a while.
  4. Prepare egg pudding: Mix well with 3 egg yolks and 30g of sugar
  5. Then add in 150 ml of fresh cream, milk and vanilla oil, mix well
  6. Take out the jug and fill the egg pudding base on top of caramel gently.
  7. Keep in fridge overnight.
