Hibiscus Tea 1 tea bag Sugar 1/2 cup
Sparkling Water Water 1 cup

  1. 2 spoon of strawberry jam / homemade strawberry syrup in the glass.
  2. Add ice cubes and 20 g of hibiscus tea.
  3. Top up Sparkling water until half of the glass.
  4. Add in 1 shot of espresso gently.
  5. Garnish with rose buds.
  6. (Pre-made) Homemade strawberry syrup - Combines 1 cup of dices strawberry, 1 cup of water and 1/2 of sugar into a pan . Turn the stove from medium to low heat. Keep stirring until caramelizes.
