UCC Holdings Co., Ltd. (headquartered: Kobe-shi, Hyogo, Gota Ueshima, Group CEO President hereinafter “UCC Holdings”) and Suntory Beverage and Food Limited (headquartered: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Kazuhiro Saito, CEO hereinafter “SBF”) have come to an agreement to transfer all the shares in Suntory Coffee Australia Limited (hereinafter “SCA”) to a newly established Australian subsidiary of UCC Holdings Co., Ltd.
