Our journey to bringing you a delicious cup of coffee starts from the beans. Handpicked from around the world by UCC coffee appraisers, our coffee beans are curated according to strict standards. They are then shipped to Japan, where they will undergo another round of inspection and selection. Only the best coffee beans are chosen to be part of The Gold Special Blend.
INDIVIDUALLY ROASTED TO BRING OUT THEIR UNIQUE FLAVOR
To bring out the individuality of each coffee bean, we use a unique roasting method where each beans are roasted based on their type and origin. While this is a longer and more laborous process, it allows us to coax more flavors out of the selected beans so that you can get to enjoy a more robust cup of coffee.
EXPERTLY BLENDED FLAVORS
The uniquely roasted beans undergo a stringent blending process by our quality control specialist and baristas. Via a process called cupping, these beans are being tested for quality and flavor. The beans are then finally blended together for a consistent, quality blend that is worthy of the label ‘Gold Special’.
