COFFEE JELLY JELLY

INGREDIENTS

*Coffee Jelly*

*Topping Milk*

1 can

- UCC BLACK Unsweetened^

100 ml

- Milk

20 g

- Sugar^

20 g

- Condensed miilk

20 g

- Powdered gelatin^

100 ml

- Fresh cream

80 ml

- Hot water^

10 g

- Sugar

500 ml

- Room temperature water

- Cocoa powder

PREPARATION METHOD

Make a coffee base : Put all ingredients(^) into a stainless-steel container and mix well, then add 500 ml of room temperature water to cool down

Put in the fridge for one night

Prepare the Cream Milk : Mix well with all ingredients and keep in fridge.

Take out the coffee jelly from fridge and into small cube shape, separate in small glass bowls

Add some milk cream topping and garnish
