Orange Espresso Martini Choco Bar

Ingredients
| UCC Gourmet Coffee capsule #11 Ristretto | 2 shots | Chocolate Chips | 500 g |
| Coffee Liquor | 60 ml | Vodka | 60 ml |
| Ice cubes | Orange zest |
Recipe
- Prepare coffee base: 2 shot of Ristretto espresso (60 ml)
- Prepare coffee mixture: Put 60 ml of coffee liquor, 60 ml vodka, 60 ml espresso and add ice into a glass, combine and mix.
- Melt 500g of chocolate chip, mix with 50- 100 ml of coffee mixture.
- Combine and pour into chocolate mould, add orange zest on top
- Refrigerate overnight.
