Orange Espresso Martini Choco Bar

Ingredients

UCC Gourmet Coffee capsule #11 Ristretto 2 shots Chocolate Chips 500 g
Coffee Liquor 60 ml Vodka 60 ml
Ice cubes Orange zest

Recipe

  1. Prepare coffee base: 2 shot of Ristretto espresso (60 ml)
  2. Prepare coffee mixture: Put 60 ml of coffee liquor, 60 ml vodka, 60 ml espresso and add ice into a glass, combine and mix.
  3. Melt 500g of chocolate chip, mix with 50- 100 ml of coffee mixture.
  4. Combine and pour into chocolate mould, add orange zest on top
  5. Refrigerate overnight.
